Took them long enough, but it was thoroughly entertaining to watch people critique my car. Some very cool aerial drone shots.

The emotions and impressions that the car left on Todd and Paul were exactly the way I felt about the car.  For an ordinary dude, the car is a rolling event and more than the sum of its parts.  By today’s standards it’s not really that sharp-handling or even that fast in a straight line.  But that noise, those lines, the maintenance bills...

Its that 3rd thing you mention that's preventing me from doing the same thing you did, but with an Aston Martin

Amazing! Tingles a t the 3:00 mark! Still the best sounding car ever IMO. I’ll have to keep an eye out for you here in the bay. Been seeing lots of Ferraris in the city lately, don’t know what’s up with that! There’s a black 348 that’s garaged a couple of blocks from where I live and  somebody was driving a 360 Spider around the Castro the other day. Much more eventful than the 458 and 488s that are borderline common around here!

I know an owner of a red 360 Spider, manual, that is a Castro regular.

Haha, I watched that earlier today; as soon as they mentioned your name and that you tried to drive the car as much as possible, I was just like “Wait a minute, that sounds familiar...”

Aren’t sports cars pretty much all I write about here?

Yep. He can be found at the local Philz Coffee, although not always with the Ferrari.

Actually , I sold this 355 last month. I have a white AR 4C now.

Such a good looking car. I don’t know how many engine out services I could handle before asking myself if it’s really that much better than another car, though.

Now you just need to have RCR and Doug drive it!

I kicked the bucket at 1 engine-out service. The car sold last month and it would’ve been funny to get someone like Mr Regular.

I should email him about my 4C.

If you find a type of car that has stopped depreciating (i. e. it’s rare enough that it will never be scrapped), maintenance won’t be a dealbreaker.

I  think most AM cars would eventually be in that bucket.

2-3k miles per year is more than most collector-owned cars, but it’s not really that much either.
